Built on International Standards
Our management systems are designed around the ISO family of international standards. We treat ISO compliance as the floor — not the ceiling — of how we run a defence supply chain. Every process from sourcing to delivery is documented, audited and continuously improved against the relevant standard.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management
Our Quality Management System (QMS) operates in line with ISO 9001:2015 principles. Every component supplied is inspected on receipt, verified against the customer’s specification, and accompanied by full traceability documentation. Non-conformances are recorded, root-cause analysed and resolved through corrective and preventive action.
ISO 14001 — Environmental Management
We manage the environmental impact of our operations and supply chain in line with ISO 14001:2015 principles — minimising packaging, optimising shipment routing, and engaging only with suppliers and freight partners who share our environmental commitments.
ISO 27001 — Information Security
Customer enquiries, technical documentation and end-user data are handled under controls aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our staff complete regular information-security awareness training.
ISO 45001 — Health & Safety
The wellbeing of our team and partners is governed by an occupational health and safety framework aligned to ISO 45001:2018, covering risk assessment, incident reporting and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement
Internal audits, management reviews and customer feedback drive an annual improvement cycle across every standard. KPIs are monitored at board level and reported to customers under long-term supply programmes.
